Kirsten joined Bluewater in 2013 as an outsourced administrator. In this role, she gained a wealth of knowledge and a growing interest in the Learning and Talent Management industry, which lead her to become an implementation consultant in 2015.
Throughout the years at Bluewater Kirsten has served a multitude of clients in varying industries leading them to success and ultimately furthering her passion in the Learning and Talent Management industry. In 2022, Kirsten became the Director of Functional Consulting.
Kirsten is originally from Colorado and moved to Frisco, Texas in 2012. In her spare time, Kirsten loves to be outside, hang out with her friends, and watch sports.
